BB:MoM is going to go on hiatus next week because I need to focus on my upcoming exams. It will resume next Sunday with the next HOH competition.

However, this doesn't mean that this thread will be dead! We have fun activities (well, not really) for the upcoming week including:


Monday: Pin the Tail on Fox

Tuesday: A Glimpse of Life as a Singaporean Student (wif Pictures <3)

Wednesday: Nothing =(

Thursday: Nothing =(

Friday: Talk about the first season day

Saturday: Same as Friday =O

Sunday: HOH competition!!!


So, as you can see, it's packed with fun-filled activities (go along with me here!) and I'll concentrate on this game after my exams finish next week.


A houseguest will still be killed this coming Sunday though. =( So after the eviction, I'll have to put this on hold for a week. Sorry, I know what you are thinking (how do you have time to plan all this crap and not have time to post competitions!) but then, as you can notice, 4 out of 6 hiatus days I'm not doing anything =O (Pin the tail on Fox is a houseguest-initiated activity).

Power of Veto Competition: "House Rules"

Big Brother: This competition is over. Let's see how everybody did.



Question 1:

Which houseguest does the majority of the mansion feel will read a copy of "Animal Farm" by George Orwell if it can be found in the Library?



Asuka, Zach, Hiroki, Aden and Charlie turned their dials to A for Fox while Christopher, Lythia and Radar turned their dials to B for Radar.



This means that Christopher, Lythia and Radar are all eliminated from this competition. Please step down from your podium and reset your dials. The Library will be unlocked since there are still 5 houseguests left standing.




Question 2:

Which houseguest does the majority of the mansion feel will spend more time in the Kitchen after it is unlocked?



Charlie, Hiroki and Asuka all turned their dials to A for Toot while only Zach and Aden turned their dials to B for East Side Dave.



This means that Zach and Aden are eliminated from this competition and the Kitchen will be unlocked because more than 1 houseguest is still left standing after this question.



Only Charlie, Hiroki and Asuka are left. Let's move on.

All 3 houseguests turned their dials to B for Charlie Brown. This means that no houseguest is eliminated in this question and the Study will be unlocked.

Again, all three houseguests turned their dials to A for Zach. Nobody is eliminated again and the Attic will be unlocked.

Charlie and Hiroki both turned their dials to A for Hiroki. Only Asuka turned his dial to B for... Asuka.

Anyway, this means that Asuka is eliminated and the Backyard will be unlocked.



Only two houseguests are left standing, Charlie and Hiroki. This raises a very interesting situation. Since only two houseguests are left, it is impossible to achieve a majority vote. This is because either both Charlie and Hiroki will unanimously turn their dials to the same option or there will be a tie. A majority vote will never be reached.



In light of this situation, it will be assumed that both Charlie and Hiroki make it past questions 6 and 7 respectively. This means that the Billiard Room, Basement and Music Room will all be unlocked since both houseguests will still be left standing after both questions have been asked in this situation.



However, for the purposes of determining a winner, can the rest of the houseguests please return to their podiums.

I will now ask question 6, and if needed, question 7. If either houseguest does not answer with the majority in either question, he will be eliminated and the other houseguest will win the Golden Power of Veto. If a winner cannot be determined after questions 6 and 7 have been asked, we will move on to our tie-breaker question.
