Soooo, last night I got a computer virus. 
I dunno what happened. My computer just froze for a few minutes, and before I knew it, there was a giant message
on my desktop saying "Your're infected!!! Spyware!!! etc." and then like.. I was getting those little messages in the bottom corner saying like
so-and-so file has been infected and pop-ups were coming up with like "Run your antivirus software NOWW!!" and I don't even think I have any
anti-virus software because it expired in like 06 (and I've been fine without it up until this point). Then a message came up prompting me to BUY
anti-virus software 
by listing my credit card number and personal information. Like I'm gonna fall for that. I tried to do a system restore
because when we got a virus or whatevs on our computer at home when I was in high school, system restore did the trick... or at least quarantined it... but it
wouldn't allow me to open it. I'm fucked.
I'm using my boyfriend's computer now and probably will be for a little while but it's a mac and I don't like all the configurations and stuff.... I can't even see the options at the top of the post box so I can't bold words or insert a picture or anything...
I guess I gotta take my computer to Best Buy and hope for the best.
